This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
flush side entry above a brick porch and steps. The two-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of a slight three-bay window and fixed windows
across the front, with a diamond pattern on the dormer and bay windows.
The frame construction is finished in brown shingles and rests on a rubble
foundation which looks like rock set in cement. The flared gable roof is covered
with new shakes and features a small shed-roofed dormer and overhanging eaves
with exposed rafters. There is a central brickchimney and the axis of the
roof' is parallel to the street. Alterations include the replacement of the
original front door with a bay window. The outbuildings include a garage
of similar materials.

This unique house is a very unusual example of the Bungalow
style , having no focus on the entrance , but rather , a
shed dormer and bay window as the compositional focal
point .
In 1927 , Charles R . Poor , employed at a garage on 25 N .
Willson Ave . , was the resident here , with his wife ,
Cybele T. Poor .
