The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a slight three-bay window and fixed windows across the front, with a diamond pattern on the dormer and bay windows. The frame construction is finished in brown shingles and rests on a rubble foundation which looks like rock set in cement. The flared gable roof is covered with new shakes and features a small shed-roofed dormer and overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There is a central brickchimney and the axis of the roof' is parallel to the street. Alterations include the replacement of the original front door with a bay window. The outbuildings include a garage of similar materials. In 1927 , Charles R . Poor , employed at a garage on 25 N . Willson Ave . , was the resident here , with his wife , Cybele T. Poor .
