This detached two-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an open hipped front porch with gable overdoor. There is an attached flat-roofed garage. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off=center front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows with shutters and leaded glass. The frame con- struction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
