Commission Resolution No. 3446 - declaring intent to establish a 2001 Sidewalk Program; set public hearing for July 9 c. Commission Resolution No. 3447 - intent to amend master plan by amending land use designation from "Urban Residential" to "Business Park/Industrial" on approximately 8.821 acres being a portion of Lot 4A, Minor Subdivision No. 122A (northwest of Costco) (P-0112) d. Authorize City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Public Street Easement - Michael and Katy Derzay - 45-foot-wide easement across 2.0-acre parcel lying along north side of Baxter Lane west of its intersection with Thomas Lane e. Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions 5.
