Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed front porch. The facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and sliding sash windows with shutters. The frame construction is finished in weather boarding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with blue-grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
