PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with a gable-roofed enclosed front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of a central entrance with 3/1 double-hung and sliding sash windows.
There is a brick arch around the door frame. The frame construction is finished in
6" bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered
with green asphalt shingles and features a clipped gable intersecting front-facing
extenion and a matching clipped roof dormer next to it. The frame construction
has a brick exterior chimney and the axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
Outbuildings include a matching garage. The upper levels of both house and garage
are stucco with half-timber trim.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic
district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Nationali-
zation Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
