PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with a stuccoes, hipped-roofed addition to the rear and a hipped enclosed front
corner porch. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center
front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows and a triangular window set into
the gable end. The frame construction is finished in stucco with shakes
in the gable ends around the window and the gable roof is covered with grey
asphalt shingles. The roof changes to hipped in the rear and features a
flat-roofed dormer and returning eaves. There are two metal stovepipes.
The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Stucco re-siding has
been added, as well as a new addition to the rear. Outbuildings include a
garage.
