This detached one-and-onehalf story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a hipped front porch with solid railing. The one-bay facade is
symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and 5/1 and
2/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in 3" bevel siding
and is trimmed with wood. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt
shingles and is clipped on the ends. It has overhanging eaves with exposed
rafters. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpen-
dicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
