This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an enclosed recessed front porch. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in 4" bevel siding and has red trim. It rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with light green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves with knee braces. There is a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage of novelty drop siding.
