This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular 'V plan with a hipped roof corner porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with leaded glass fixed windows and 2/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and has scalloped shingles in the gable end. The structures rests on a concrete foundation. The intersecting gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street with a cross gable behind. The outbuildings include a garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
