PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular 'V
plan with a hipped roof corner porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an offset front entrance with leaded glass fixed windows and 2/2
double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in beveled siding and
has scalloped shingles in the gable end. The structures rests on a concrete
foundation. The intersecting gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and
features a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to
the street with a cross gable behind. The outbuildings include a garage.

significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.

district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic
Phase of Bozeman's historic/architectural development.
