This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a hipped roof front porch with solid railing and trellises. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and 2/1 and 3/1 double-hung windows. - The frame construction is finished in 3" bevel siding and has a concrete foundation. The gable roof has clipped ends and is covered with pink and grey asphalt shingles. There are overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
