PUBLIC STREET EASEMENT
DURSTON ROAD
William and Lois Lvdens, GRANTOR, in consideration of $ 1.00 and for other and valuable
considerations, receipt of which is acknowledged, grants to The City of Bozemfll!, a municipal
corporation of the State of Montana, with offices at 411 East Main, Bozeman, Montana 59715,
GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, a perpetual street and utility easement for the use ofthe public, in,
through, and across a strip of land situated in Gallatin County, Montana, fifty (50) feet wide to be located
on the following described real property:
Tract 8 Less West 165 Feet and the Tract 8 West 165 Feet, Smith Subdivision
situated in the NYz, NWlf., Section 11, T2S, RSE, PMM, and Unplatted Tract
Referenced in Deed Book 155, Pages 56-57 and situated in the NEv.., NElf., Section
10, T2S, R5E, PMM Gallatin County, Montana.
... The casement is more particularly described on the attached Exhibit A & B, which by this
reference is made a part hereof.
