426 W . Story
1985 revision
Matt Cohen , surveyor
One of the few examples of the Americal Four Square house
type in Bozeman , and one of only three in the district , this
house is well preserved with exception of the asbestos
shingle sheathing . While H . F. Brink signed the sewer
permit for the site , he is not listed in the 1910- 11 City
directory. In 1927 , Charles G . Monroe , an engineer , was
the resident here .
