PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
a hipped roof front porch extending as part of the main hip roof and an
attached garage. The porch has a solid railing. The one-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of an open central entrance with fixed leaded
glass, diamond-paned windows, and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construc-,
tion is finished in hardboard shingles and features a hipped roof covered
with old green asphalt shingles in poor condition. The foundation is of
rubble.
Attached to this structure by way of the garage is a one-story single-family
described as 418 West Fifth.
