1985 revision
Matt Cohen , surveyor
One of the several typical Bungalows built around 1930
by local builder Lou F . . Sievert ; this house may have been
first occupied by Edward ( Ernest? ) D . Hoadley . The site
of this house on the water permit of 1930 is' delineated by
a dotted line , apparently indicating that the house was
built after August , 1930 .
