This detached one-story single-family residence has a U-shaped plan with a recessed carport in the center. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of high projected-type windows and a garage door opening to the front. The frame construction is finished in hardboard siding with brick panel defining the front entrance. The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The low-pitched gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves, and lies perpendicular to the street.
