PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family reisdence has a rectangular
plan with an attached garage with a shed roof. A gable has been set above the
front door flush with the roof. The two-bay facade is symmetrical and
consists of a central front entrance flanked by 8/8 and 6/6 fixed and double=
hung windows and sidelights on each side of the door. The frame construction
is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The
gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features dormers and
boxed eaves. There is a brick chimney in the rear and an offset metal
stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
