This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a projecting gable roofed porch with enclosed railing and wood columns. The one- bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance with double-hung windows of a 1/1 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a low concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asbestos shingles and features one central interior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Out- buildings include a garage.
