This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a side entrance. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center fixed, double-hung casement window with a 1/1 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in brick veneer (no headers) and rests on a high concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered witn brown asbestos shingles and featuers 1 gabled dormer . The building has overhanging eaves and one central brick exterior chimeny. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
