PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence with elements of the bungalow style has a square plan with a raised entryway. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with double-hung windows of a 1/1 sash arrangement. There are 12-pane fixed windows on the second level . The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The shallow cross-gabled roof is covered with brown asbestos shingles and features overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. There are no chimneys. Outbuildings include a garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
