PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached two-story commerical building was formerly a residence
and has a basic square plan with a hipped front porch with gable overdoor
above the steps. The asymmetrical facade features a central entrance
with 1/1 double-hung and stained, leaded glass fixed windows on the east.
The brick construction is finished with shingles on the gable ends and
sits on a foundation that is not visible. The gable-hipped combination
roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features .a gabled dormer
above the entrance door and a gabled extension facing front to one side.
The gable end features a circular window and returning eaves.

This structure has already been placed on the National Register of
Historic Places.
This structure is potentially eligible for the National Register because-
of its historical associations and because of its architectural significance.

The historic integrity of this property has been retained due to the survival =
of original design and materials and continuity of use, setting and location.
