This detached two-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a flat roof over the entranceway. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset paneled front entrance with glass transom and two double-hung windows of a 6/6 sash arrangement on the bottom story as well as the second story. The frame construction is finished in novelty siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asbestos shingles and features returning boxed eaves. There is one central metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a shed. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. Significance: This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic Phase of Bozeman' s historic/architectural development.
