This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable roofed front porch with side access. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in bevel wood siding and has stucco on the front porch. The structure rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and exposed rafters, as well as a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a detached one-bay garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
