KNOVJ ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: rrha-t GALLATIN GATEI'TAY
SUPPLY, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue
of the laws of the State of Montana, with its principal place
of business at Bozeman, Montana, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable consideration ( $ 1. 00 & ovc), the
receipt whereof is hereby admitted, does hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, a municipal corporation
in Gallatin County, Montana, and to its successors and assigns,
FOREVER, the following described real property, situated in the
City of Bozeman, County of Gallatin, State of Montana, to-wit:
The North one hundred twenty-eight feet (128 I ) off
of Lot Seventeen (17) in Block "E" of the Original
Townsite of the Town, now City, of Bozeman, Montana;
according to the official plat thereof on file and
of record in the office of the County Clerk and Re-
corder of Gallatin County, Montana;
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining and
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues
and profits thereof, and also all the estate, right, title and
interest in and to said property, possession, claim and demand what-
soever, as well in law as in equity, of the said Grantor, of, in or
to the said premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the
appurtenances.
TO HA VB AND TO HOlD, all and singular the said premises to-
gether with the appurtenances unto the said Grantee and to its
successors and assigns, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said GRANTOR has caused its corporate
name to be subscribed and its corporate seal to be affixed, by its
proper officers, thereunto duly authorized, on this __ /2 j_:' day
of June, A.D. 1959.
