This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence in the Bungalow
Style has a rectangular plan with projecting enclosed gabled front porch.
The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance
flanked by fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. A bay window on the facade has
a shed roof. The frame construction is finished in white shingles and
rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt
shingles and features shed-roofed dormers on the north and south. There is
one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
