This detached two-story double-family residence has a square plan with a flat-roofed attached garage to one side. The frame construction is finished in stucco and the windows are sliding sash. The front entrance vestibule is enclosed and features two entrances on a symmetrical facade, and a balcony on the roof of the porch. There are two porthole windows above the balcony. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street, and the roof is flat.
