A. Call to Order - 7:30 AM – City Commission Chamber, City Hall, 121 North Rouse
B. Changes to the Agenda
C. Approval of February 2018 minutes (Exhibit 1)
D. Public Comment – Members of the audience or their agent may
be invited to present testimony or evidence. To be recognized, each
person desiring to give testimony or evidence shall step forward and, after
being recognized, give their name and address for the record. The
presiding officer may establish a time frame for each public comment but in
no case shall such timeframe be less than three (3) minutes per speaker.
The presiding officer may lengthen or shorten the time allotted for public
testimony.
E. Action Items
1. Discuss/Approve/Deny Resolution 2018-02 “A RESOLUTION OF
THE PARKING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
RECOGNIZING CITY MANAGER’S ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2018-02 (A
POLICY RESTRICTING ACCESS TO CITY PROPERTY) AND
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2018-03 (A CODE OF CONDUCT FOR
BOZEMAN DOWNTOWN PARKING GARAGE AND TRANSFER
STATION).” (See Attachment Exhibit 2)
2. Discuss/Approve/Deny revised “Temporary On Street Parking
Permit” program. (See Attachment Exhibit 3)
3. Discuss progress recommendations regarding Residential Parking
Permit Districts, requested from the Bozeman City Commission; including
memo from Parking Program Manager and Rick Williams Consulting. (See
Attachment Exhibit 4)
4. Review Parking Program Manager’s FY 2019 revenue estimates
and expenditure requests for City Manager’s Recommended Budget. (See
Attachment Exhibit 5)
5. Review parking leases issued for Bridger Downtown Parking
Garage, according to Parking Lease Policy and Lease Limit Calculation.
(See Attachment Exhibit 6)
F. Parking Program Manager Report (See Attachment Exhibit 7)
G. New Business.
H. Adjournment.
The next Bozeman Parking Commission meeting will be held April 12,
2018, 7:30 am, at City Hall.
