The Montana Department of Transportation staff have reviewed the proposed annexation and initial
zoning request for the Ziegler property that accesses Bridger Drive (MT 86) in Bozeman. MDT has no
concerns with the annexation or the zoning of M-1. This would result in the property having a
similar use as today. If the property changes use which would result in additional traffic accessing
Bridger Drive (MT 86), MDT staff will need to review the changes to determine if mitigation is
required.
