Historic Preservation Specialist, Phillipe Gonzalez provided a general overview of historic preservation in
Bozeman, upcoming projects related to historic preservation, changes regarding the demolition process and
updating the city’s historic inventory sheets and the board’s role in historic preservation within the city.

Board members had a general discussion regarding the annual budget and how funds will be spent.

Board members held a general discussion regarding upcoming board objectives including: organizing the
Historic Preservation Awards, updating the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (NCOD), updating
individual property historic inventory sheets and prioritizing districts that need preservation.

Board members continued discussed regarding updating the NCOD and which method would be most effective
in accordance with other related projects within the city.
