Range 5 East, Montana Principal Meridian; thence North
1016'30" East along the easterly right of way line
of the Interstate Highway 1-90-6 (13) 296 as now con-
structed a distance of 469.43 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence continuing North 1016'30" East
along said easterly right of way line a distance of
