wife, of Livingston, Montana,
the grantor s ,do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
f THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA. a municipal corporation,

~ Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Two (2) of Lake Subdivision
~ No. Two, being a tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of
= Section 22, Township 1 South, Range 5 East, M. P. M. Gallatin
County, Montana; subject to those restrictive and protective
covenants for Lake Subdivision No. One filed in the office of
the Clerk & Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana, on July 3D,
1964, and recorded in Book 21 of Miscellaneous Records on
pages 445 -449, which restrictive covenants are binding upon
Lake Subdivision No. Two.
Subject further to a reservation in the Vendors of an easem ent
across the property herein to be conveyed for the purpose of
installing and maintaining electric lines, natural gas lines and
other public utilities, the location of said easements to be
determined by the public utility company when the same are
installed.
