RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move to continue the Hoover Way Preliminary Plat
application from February 12, 2018 to February 26, 2018.
RECOMENDATION: Continue the Hoover Way Preliminary Plat to February 26, 2018.
The public notice for Hoover Way preliminary plat and the associated planned unit development
application publicized a hearing before the City Commission on February 12, 2018. Due to City
Commission agenda scheduling, staff respectfully request that the City Commission continue the
February 12, 2018 public hearing to February 26, 2018.
