to Bozeman, Montana; thence southerly along the westerly
line of Lot 6 a distance of 32.8 feet; thence easterly
parallel to and 32.8 feet distant southerly from the
southerly line of said Lot 5 a distance of 10 feet;
thence northerly parallel to and 10 feet distant easterly

73.5 feet; thence westerly parallel to and 40.7 feet

The above described property is hereby deeded to the
City of Bozeman, Montana, for alley purposes and is so
dedicated to the use of the public.
