For Value Received ERNEST A. DE DYCKER and VIOLA DE DYCKER,
husband and wife, of Bozeman, Montana,
the grantor S ,do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto CITY OF

thence westerly along the northerly line of said Lot
3 a distance of ten (10) feet; thence southerly
parallel to and ten (10) feet distant westerly from
the easterly line of said Lot 3 a distance of 79.2

thence easterly along the southerly line of said Lot
3 to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 3; thence
northerly along the easterly line of said Lot 3 to
the point of beginning.
The above described property is hereby deeded to the
City of Bozeman, Montana, for alley purposes and so
dedicated to the use of the public.

required. )
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said Grantee ,

with the said Grantee ,that they arethe owners in fee simple of said premises; that they are free
from all incumbrances
and that the y will warrant and defend the same from all lawful claims whatsoever.
