NOW THEREFORE, the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien in the real property described as 3230, 3234, and 3266 N. 271h Avenue and legally described as Lots 2-5, Block 3, Cattail Creek Subdivision Phase 3, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana.
