RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, an Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment of Deferred
Development Impact Fees recorded as document number 2543051was entered into in association
with Building Permits 15-22973, 15-22974, and 15-22975 and,
WHEREAS, Grantor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering certain
parcels under said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien
in the real property described as 3230, 3234, and 3266 N. 271h Avenue and legally described as
Lots 2-5, Block 3, Cattail Creek Subdivision Phase 3, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County,
Montana.
