Health Officer Report Matt Kelley invited the Board to attend a late January retreat with the Health Department leadership to synthesize data from the community assessments. 08:06:23 AM (01:01:27) Matt Kelley also reported that Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services contacted him to offer an opportunity for ongoing funding for additional two home visitors for Gallatin County. 08:09:10 AM (01:04:14) Matt Kelley distributed a handout and reported on findings of the external auditors for Gallatin County and recognized Keith Wilson and his work as a big part of the department’s budget success P a g e | 2 Gallatin City-County Health Department  215 W.
