b. Review the permit rates for the MSU Residential Parking District and High

The revenue line on Exhibit 4 is citations issued not the amount collected for the
residential district.
BPC recommends that we go with staff recommendation to raise the rate to $20
if the revenue line is changed from $109,500 to actual collected cost, or close
thereof. This will be brought back to the April meeting as an action item.
The permit rates are established in Commission Resolution NO. 3807.
It was brought up if the Bozeman High School Distract could be dissolved in the
future pending more research.
c. Discuss a draft letter to the Bozeman City Commission regarding parking/safety
issues near schools and in new developments. (See Attachment Exhibit 5).
This letter was signed and sent to both the City Commissioners as well as the
Bozeman School Board.
