Sales" in the Continental Illinois
National Bank and Trust company of Chicago
and shall. be invested in short-term
securities of the United States government
'in accordance with instructions from the
.Trustee or a person designated by him:
(4) the Trustee shall maintain records
with respect to any portions of the pro-
ceeds of sales authorized by this order which may
be subject to liens prior to those imposed'
by the First Mortgage of the Debtor: and
(5) in accordance with Rule 8-S09(b), the
Trustee shall give notice by mail of pro-
.posed sales pursuant to this order to the
indenture trustees under mortgages applicable
to the property to be sold. This notice shall
contain a representation by the Trustee or an
individual designated by him that in his
opinion, the price for the property is fair and
that the sale is in the best interests of the
estate. Unless a motion for relief is made with-
in 25 days of the mailing of the notice by a
person with an interest in the property or other
party in 'interest, the sale shall be deemed
approved.
(6) the Trustee may designatel in writing
individuals who may execute on his behalf
deeds and other documents required to
implement the authority'granted herein.
(7 ) the authority granted in this order is
limited to sales or exchanges which would,
in the absence of a default, be permissible
under the terms of any mortgage constituting
a lien on the property sold or exchanged except
that the documentation and release procedures
provided for under such mortgage shall not be
required.

Dear Mr. Lorang:
Please refer to our previous correspondence concerning the dedica-
tion of Avocado Street and the vacation of Orange Street in
Bozeman, Montana.
Enclosed is fully-executed special warranty deed conveying the
property known as Avocado Street in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration. Please arrange
for prompt recording of the deed and furnish me with a copy of the
recording data for my file. Also enclosed is a voucher claim form
which I have executed on behalf of the Railroad Company. Al so
enclosed is a copy of Order No. 19 dated March 6, 1978, authorizing
the sale of this land free from the liens of the Railroad Company's
mortgages and all other claims.
