This notice shall contain a representation by the Trustee or an individual designated by him that in his opinion, the price for the property is fair and that the sale is in the best interests of the estate. Unless a motion for relief is made with- in 25 days of the mailing of the notice by a person with an interest in the property or other party in 'interest, the sale shall be deemed approved. (6) the Trustee may designatel in writing individuals who may execute on his behalf deeds and other documents required to implement the authority'granted herein. Enclosed is fully-executed special warranty deed conveying the property known as Avocado Street in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration. Please arrange for prompt recording of the deed and furnish me with a copy of the recording data for my file. Also enclosed is a voucher claim form which I have executed on behalf of the Railroad Company.
