II Division, Docket No. 77 B 8999 in proceedings under Section 77 of the
Bankruptcy Act and pursuant to Order No. 19 of said Court entered March
6, 1978, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency
whereof are hereby acknowledged, does hereby CONVEY, free from the liens

of said Railroad Company's First Mortgage and General Mortgage, each

dated as of January 1, 1944, and all mortgages supplementary thereto,
il and from all other liens and claims as provided in said Order No. 19,

unto CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, Grantee, subject to any and all exceptions
and reservations hereinafter set forth, the following described real
II estate situated and being in"Gallatin County, Montana, to-wit: !
A strip of land sixty (60) feet in width extending
in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction
across the West Half and the East Half of Block 53,
Northern Pacific Addition to the City of Bozeman,
and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Block 53;
thence North 76040' West along the South line of
said block a distance of 81.23 feet; thence North
40013' West a distance of 271.98 feet to the West
line of said block; thence North 13020' East along
said West line a distance of 74.59 feet; thence
South 400131 East a distance of 372.96 feet to the
East line of said block; thence South 13020' West
a distance of 14.59 feet to the point of beginning,
, and containing 0.43 acres in Lots 19-23, 25-33,
