Appointment(s) to the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board (BHPAB) (Sweeney) Consider the motion: I move to appoint up to two members to the Bozeman Historic Preservation Advisory Board to the following positions and terms: One professional designation position, term ending June 30, 2018, and/or One architect position, term ending June 30, 2019. 2. Appointment(s) to the Downtown Area Urban Renewal District Board (DURB) (Sweeney) Consider the motion: I move to appoint one non-voting member to the Downtown Area Urban Renewal District Board to a position with a term ending June 30, 2018. L. Executive Session 1. City of Bozeman v. Moore, O'Connell & Refling, P.C. (Sullivan) The City Commission may close all or portions of this agenda item to the public pursuant to Sect. 2-3-203(4)(a), MCA, if the Commission determines the meeting involves a discussion of litigation strategy and an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of the city.
