a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Montana, grantor,
does hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey and Confirm unto THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, a municipal corporation of the state of Montana,

2 South, Range 6 East, as filed and a matter of record
in Deed Book, 102, Page 301, Tract No. 2A, and further
described as follows, to wit:

6 East of the M.P.M., described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at the center of Section 18 in Township
2 South, Range 6 East, M.P.M.; thence South along the
one quarter line a distance of 49.7 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence running due East a distance
of 28 rods to the west line of the land once owned by
Rebecca Heavner (see Book of Deeds 69, Page 313),
Records Gallatin County, Montana; thence North two
rods, along the west line of said Heavner property,
thence West 28 rods to the west line of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 18,
Township 2 South, Range 6 East, M.P.M., thence South
along the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter a distance of two rods to the place
of beginning.
