Bozeman, Montana, more particularly described as follows: 15 feet in width ajoining
Oak Street on the South and extending from the East line of North 7th Avenue on the"
West to the East line of Lot 1, Block 1, of Westlake's Second Subdivision to Bozeman,
Montana, on the East; and
Also a strip of land 15 feet in width situate in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter (SEtNEt) of Section One (1), Township Two (2) South, Range Five (5) East,
M. P. M., more particularly described as follows: 15 feet in width North and South
adjoining the North side of Oak Street as now platted more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at the intersection of North 7th Avenue as heretofore deeded to
the State of Montana for highway purposes and the North line of Oak Street as the same
now exists; thence North parallel to the North line of North 7th Avenue a distance of
15 feet; thence East parallel to the North line of Oak Street a distance of 137 feet;
thence South parallel to the East line of North 7th Avenue a distance of 15 feet; thence
West parallel to the North line of Oak Street a dis tance of 137 feet to the point of
beginning.
This conveyance of the 15-foot strip of land on the South side of Oak Street is subject
to an existing lease from the grantors herein to the California Oil Company dated
March 9, 1964; and this conveyance of the 15- foot strip of land on the North side of
Oak Street is subject to a lease of lands executed by the grantors herein to Gulf Oil
Corporation dated March 11, 1967.

its successors ~and assigns forever, And the said Grantor s do hereby covenant to and
with the said Grantee ,that the yare the owner s in fee simple of said premises; that they are free
from all incumbrances

RELEASE
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar and
other valuable cone1derat1on ($1.00 ove) , rece1ptwhereof is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned AMOCO OIL COMPANY, a Maryland cor-
poration, the assignee of Gulf Oil Corporation, a Pennsylvania
corporation, the lessee in that certain lease dated March 11, 1967,
wherein Myron H. Westlake and Aura D. Westlake, of Bozeman, Montana,
are the named lessors, does hereby release and forever quitclaim to
the CITY OF BOZEMAN, a Montana municipal corporation, all of the
right, title, estate, and interest which the undersigned now has or may
hereafter acquire in and to the following described parcel of land,
situate in the city of Bozeman, county of Gallatin, state of Montana,
to wit:
A str;l.p of land 15 feet ,in width situate in the
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4)
of Section One (1), Township Two (2) South, Range Five
