Section 6, said point being a 2~ inch iron pipe and the intersection of the
center of Oak Street and North Third Avenue; thence North 00002'21.3" West
a distance of 45. 00 feet to the North right of way of Oak Street; thence North
89027'23.7" East a distance of 1159.87 feet; thence South 450 59'19,7" West
along said property line a distance of 65.41 feet to a point on the North boundary
of Imes Addition to Bozeman; thence South 890 27'23, 7" West along said North
boundary a distance of 1112. 80 feet to the point of beginning, and containing
L 174 acre, The above tract of land is the extension of the North Half (N~) of
Oak Street.
