Also beginning at a point on the east line of the Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range 5 East,
M.P.M. which bears North 0039'16" West and 218.37 feet distant from the
southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section .12, being also the point of intersection of the north line of Koch
Street with the 1/16 line; thence continuing North 0039'16" West along the
1/16 line a distance of 279.88 feet; thence westerly along the line common
to Sara P. Richards and the Burton G. Moe tracts a distance of 20 feet;
thence South 0039'16" East parallel to and 20 feet distant westerly from
the 1/16 line a distance of 279.88 feet to a point of intersection with
the north line of Koch Street; thence easterly along the northerly line of
