As you are well a.ware, it has been my ponition thnt it is absolutely essentinl for Hr. Tange to Ca.UAC a plat of his property to be submitted to the Bozeman City-County Planning Board for processing under current subdivio:l.on regulations of tllat Board ond State Statute , , governing subdivision of property, 'ii th approval of the plat being .. , extended by the BOll.rd and the City of Bozemrm prior to the time con- I eideration is p,! ven to urral:lgcments for rnmexation a.nd connection of the proposed Ramada Inn facility to City of' Bozeman vater and sewer utilities.
