the grantors , do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto

and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana: thence southwesterly
along said easterly boundary of said Langohr's First Addition to
a point which is the southeast corner of said Langohr's First Addition and
the northeast corner of Eck's Addition to the City of Bozeman, Montana:
thence easterly to the northwest corner of Lot One (1) , BlOCk One (1) , 1962
Rearrangement of Block 2, University Subdivision and vacated S. Tracy Avenue
lying West of and adjacent t~ereto, of the City of Bozeman; County of Galla-
tin, State of Montana, according to the official plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County,
Montana: thence North 30016' East a distance of 69.7 feet to the point of
beginning, except therefrom the right-of-way of the Chicago, Milwaukee and
St. Paul Railway company, a corporation, as the same is now layed out and
constructed over and across said parcel, and as the same was deeded to said
Railway Company by a deed dated January 12, 1911, and filed for record
January 18, 1911 in Book 43 of Deed at page 379, on file and of record in
the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana, to
which reference is~hereby made.
