Rouse Avenue Bozeman, MT 59771-1230 The property that I own is a condo. at 2400 Durston Rd . Unit 81. I have received your notice of Arterial & Collector Streets District. I am in favor of establishing a Special District. In my opinion the city has done an excellent job in tree trimming and I feel that this precedent will carry over for the streets as well. My only problem is that I am already receiving two (2) tax bills in November now and this new district will apparently add 2 new semiannual tax bills . This seems to me to be unnessary, confusing and inefficient. At the very least please give us the option of paying annually. It would be great if all of these "taxes" could be consolidated in one bill with the option of paying annually or semiannually. Since my unit is a condo I am not sending in protest/ approval form since my association must respond for all unit owners . I will vote affirmatively if asked. Co,dially, j,y Robert C.
