I know it's last minute, but please consider this for Pile B:
I would like to volunteer my time to assist Planning Staff in determining the definition of "floor-to-ceiling" as it
pertains to the following:
Sec. 38.10.060. - Building height, A. 5, In all districts, all commercial floor space provided on the ground floor of a
building shall have a minimum floor-to-ceiling height of 12 feet, except where otherwise noted.
This is an issue that appears to be undefined at this time. Thanks.
