If you ever spent time at the east Gallatin rec area you would know what a cluster of disgust it is along the river. My family and I will no longer go there because of the encampments in the woods and on the river banks. I have talked to city workers there and they have said you can’t see the half of it. This has worsened since the warming shelter has opened nearby! To bring this to tax payer neighborhoods, parks and right across the street form Meadowlark is not acceptable. You may say it is open only at night. Don't think so, the congregation at the current warming shelter only migrates out a short distance (into our parks and neighborhoods) during the day. I've worked there and have seen the movements personally. I suggest you witness the same before granting any support or approval.
