A. Call to Order - 7:30 AM – City Commission Chamber, City Hall, 121 North Rouse
B. Changes to the Agenda
C. Approval of October & November 2017 minutes (Exhibit 1 & Exhibit 2)
D. Introduction of Special Guests
• Andrea Surratt, Bozeman City Manager
• Andrew Keller, Parking Enforcement Officer
• Helen Delahunt, Parking Enforcement Officer
D. Public Comment – Members of the audience or their agent may
be invited to present testimony or evidence. To be recognized, each
person desiring to give testimony or evidence shall step forward and, after
being recognized, give their name and address for the record. The
presiding officer may establish a time frame for each public comment but in
no case shall such timeframe be less than three (3) minutes per speaker.
The presiding officer may lengthen or shorten the time allotted for public
testimony.
E. Action Items
1. Discuss/Approve/Deny Resolution 2017-04 “A RESOLUTION OF
THE PARKING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
ADOPTING A PARKING LEASE POLICY AND LEASE LIMIT
CALCULATION FOR THE BRIDGER PARK DOWNTOWN GARAGE.” (See
Attachment Exhibit 3)
2. Discuss request from Bozeman City Commission for
recommendations regarding the creation and expansion of new Residential
Parking Permit Districts (Bozeman Municipal Code), AND whether new
RPPD’s should be created on the northern and southern boundaries of the
downtown (B-3). (See Attachment Exhibit 4)
3. Discuss/Approve/Deny Resolution 2017-05 “A RESOLUTION OF
THE PARKING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
ADOPTING A SECURITY CAMERA POLICY FOR THE BRIDGER PARK
DOWNTOWN GARAGE.” (See Attachment Exhibit 5)
4. Discuss the City of Bozeman Parking Study, recently completed by the
Western Transportation Institute.
F. Parking Program Manager Report (See Attachment Exhibit 6)
G. New Business.
H. Adjournment.
The next Bozeman Parking Commission meeting will be held January
11, 2018, 7:30 am, at City Hall.
