Gran Cielo Subdivision (Chris Saunders) Consideration of new subdivision affordable housing plan. Request for cash-in-lieu. 2. Update from Professor Ralph Johnson’s MSU School of Architecture students – Highland Boulevard (City of Bozeman cemetery land) project for affordable housing: Schematic Design Proposals 3. Hoover Way subdivision: HRDC formal request for funding. Discussion of pricing, affordability, and income targets in conjunction with formal funding request. 4. Status update from CAHAB Affordable Housing Ordinance (AHO) Revision Subcommittee – discussion of suggested changes detailed in Master Document v2 11-27-17.doc (Thane, Guyer, Stratton) F.
